Fees
- Initial consultations are free. Contact me for a 20 min in person, zoom, or telephone meeting.
- A session consists of 50-minutes with time to cover scheduling and logistics. Payment will be due in advance for package sessions or, for single sessions, upon receipt of my invoice by cash or check.
- My coaching session fee is $80 per individual session or $210.00 for a package of three sessions.
- Walk and Talk coaching follows the same fee structure as a traditional coaching session.
- Tabletop Therapeutic Games are priced depending on player numbers and length of campaign contact me directly for more information.
- Group rates are also dependent on attendance and scheduling. Drop in rates for groups offered by either Trailhead Wellness or Inner Alchemy Counseling will be posted on this website and on our bulletin board a week before the start of the first session.
Process
Coaching and its results do require effort . Change requires hard work, maintenance, and consistency. My role is to support with guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Together, we can set achievable goals, develop actionable plans, and celebrate your progress as you build the healthier, more fulfilling life you want and deserve.
Coaching is different from therapy in that coaching does not focus extensively on historical or pathological issues in a clients life. If in our time we identify a need for a higher level of care I can provide you with a referral to a mental health professional, such as a counselor, psychologist,
or treatment center.
If you have further questions, we can address them in our first consultation or directly in session together at anytime. You can stop coaching at any time. However, to best support your journey, we can determine a plan together.

Confidentiality
Trust and confidentiality are the bedrocks of any relationship. During our sessions we will be discussing private things about your ideas, feelings, and actions. In order for you to be fully yourself, I am obligated by my profession’s Code of Ethics to maintain your confidentiality.
